When it comes down to it, custom paint and metal ski edges don't play nice. Would you hit your car with a ski edge? Probably not. But that's just the game we play with custom pivots. As much as we'd love to 10000% guarantee your fresh new bindings won't get dinged up, the fact is

IF YOU SKI CUSTOMIZED BINDINGS THEY WILL GET DAMAGED.

CRASHEUR CUSTOM IS NOT REPSONSIBLE FOR:

 ·    Damage caused by misuse, abuse or neglect

·    Impact damage caused by rocks, stumps, or any other foreign object

·    Scratches, chips and indentations in bindings caused by contact with ski edges.

·    Scratches, chips and indentations in bindings caused by contact with ski poles in any way.

·    Damage caused by improper mounting or adjustment of the bindings, including bindings pulling out of the ski

·    Damage caused from chairlifts

·    Chucking skis in your truck bed or ski box.

·    Normal wear and tear

·    Damage caused by use of solvents and adhesives

• RUSH ORDERS ARE NOT ACCEPTED.
• All orders are produced on a first in, first out basis.
• PLAN ACCORDINGLY BEFORE ORDERING IF YOU NEED WITHIN A CERTAIN TIMEFRAME.
• Local SLC Orders may be picked up to save on shipping time (email mike@crasheur.com to arrange pickup)

• Custom Ordered Products such as Custom Pivot Bindings and DIN Windows ARE NOT eligible for returns or refunds.

• If you are unsatisfied with an item purchased (non-custom products) from crasheur.com, we accept returns/exchanges within 30 days of purchase, provided that the item has not been used and the original products are packaged how they were received.
• Please contact us at returns@crasheur.com to receive full instructions before returning your product back to us. You can expect a full refund on product(s) purchased minus a 3% credit card fee. Customers are responsible for shipping costs unless the product is defective or there was an error in the original shipment.
• Returns will be refunded to your credit card within 7 to 14 days from the day we receive the returned gear. In some cases, it may take an additional 2 weeks to be visible on your credit card statement.

We recommend using a carrier that can provide you with tracking information to assist with a faster return.

We ski hard and want the best performance of our equipment while also having the style we want. Due to the customization process all products must be dis-assembled to obtain our standards of paint production and best quality finish. Due to this process all ski bindings are void of any manufacture warranty from Look Pivot & Group Rossignol USA. Purchaser of a customized Crasheur Customs

1. Warranty Voidance: The process of customization requires disassembly of the original product. As a result, any and all manufacturer and seller warranties on the product are immediately voided.
2. Customized Equipment: The customized products you receive are considered unique, one-of-a-kind art pieces. Due to the nature of customization, these products may have altered physical or functional characteristics from the original product.
